AT THE VISION FESTIVAL

This album is a one-set concert of drummer Rashied Ali's quartet at the Vision Jazz Festival in New York City in 1999. The four songs performed here are from the core live repertory of the group. This group recorded the successful "Cutt'n Korners" album a little bit later, adding Abraham Burton and Antoine Drye to the ensemble. This remastered live recording serves as an important document of the late 1990's New York jazz musicians, showcasing those young talents who were busy performing at the mainstream clubs at that time.
